• Lead the creative development process for film projects, from initial ideation and scriptwriting to storyboarding and production planning.
• Collaborate closely with writers, directors, cinematographers, editors, and other key stakeholders to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Oversee all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production, including casting, location scouting, set design, filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects.

• Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Writer, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a filmmaker, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, storytelling ability, and technical proficiency across diverse genres and formats.
• Extensive knowledge of the filmmaking process, including scriptwriting, directing, cinematography, editing, and post-production techniques.
• Proficiency with industry-standard filmmaking equipment, software tools, and editing platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer).
• Exceptional artistic talent, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, color, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
