Investment Banking Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials (teasers, IMs, data rooms) for ECM, DCM & M&A transactions.
• Assist with executing and advising clients on legal due diligence, document preparation, and procedures related to capital raising, issuance advisory, listing processes, corporate restructuring, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage service agreements, payment processes, and client relationships with regulators and partners.

Investor Relations Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for the Board on investor-related matters, sharing updates on market trends and shareholder feedback.
• Create and distribute investor materials (newsletters, performance reports, market updates) in Vietnamese and English.
• Organize investor meetings, conferences, and webinars, ensuring proper preparation and logistics.
• Analyze shareholder structures and trends, and develop investor-targeting strategies.
• Maintain and enhance investor databases and shareholder engagement.

General Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials for client meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Stay updated on laws and regulations of relevant workload.
• Build and expand networks with clients, shareholders, and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related fields with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong skills in valuation, macroeconomics, and financial markets (especially stock markets).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CFA Level 1 or CPA/ACCA certifications preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic environments.
