- Board of Directors Liaison:
- Act as the direct point of contact for the Board of Directors on matters related to investor relations, providing regular updates on investor sentiment, market trends, and shareholder feedback
- Coordinate with the BOD to develop and execute investor communication strategies, including semi-quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, and annual shareholder meetings.
- Facilitate communication between the BOD and external stakeholders, ensuring that investor inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Investor Outreach and Engagement:
- Building up and sending to key shareholders Monthly Newsletters, Result and Key Metrics (both in Vietnamese and English); Sending Market Reports, Trading Ideas or other reports to key Shareholders.
- Assist in organizing investor meetings, conference calls, and webinars, including logistical arrangements and preparation of materials.
- Collaborate with internal team to develop investor targeting strategies and maintain investor databases.
- Participate in the preparation of materials for annual general meetings, investor conferences, and roadshows.
- Shareholders structure Analysis:
- Keep in touch with Overseas Shareholders and key local shareholders.
- Updating the List of Shareholders quarterly; analysis of the changing of shareholders; identify shareholders’ leaving reason and report to BOD.
- Maintain accurate records of shareholder information, including beneficial ownership, proxy voting, and dividend distributions.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports on shareholder demographics, trading patterns, and investor sentiment.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or related roles, with a proven track record of effectively engaging with investors and senior executives.
- Strong understanding of macro-economic and financial markets, especially stock market.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis and investment research.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
